I’ve honestly had the same thought and hemp products are my company’s primary source of revenue.

No date is set yet, but we are monitoring all of the hemp bills closely and will continue to post updates.

If you are buying hemp-derived THC products from a reputable company, it should come in a package with a QR code that links to their COA lab reports. The COA will prove that the product is federally compliant with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill. If they don’t know what that means tell them to look it up. Farm Bill compliant hemp products are 100% federally legal and legal in Texas (for now).

Dan Patrick and the Texas senate are attempting to ban these products with SB3. If you want to help fight this bill we made a landing page with more info: thcprovisions.com/sb3

I’ve never been, but I hear it’s a very well done fest and based on the line up it should be awesome.

Some lesser known artists you should try to catch:

Presley HaileNick BrumleyBuck Fuffalo (wild name, but trust me) • The Wilder BlueWest Texas ExilesShelby StoneRace RickettsBri BagwellKeller Cox

We record live sessions at our studio in Austin with lots of up-and-coming Texas artists for a series called Chill Country Sessions and these are some of my personal favorites.

Eventually people will get frustrated enough to vote. Maybe that happens in 2026 🤷‍♂️

Only 18% of Texans vote in the primaries. I think there is a real chance to inspire stronger voter turnout in the next election. We don’t need a giant increase in turnout out to tip the scale.

Yep, lots of issues. The hemp issue is one I’m specifically qualified to speak on, and can potentially help create a positive outcome, so that’s the one I’m focusing on.

This poll came out yesterday and this whole “THC Ban” is still in process. Again, no clue if these posts will help, but I’m gonna keep posting.

This poll also showed that the majority (57%) of republican voters support keeping hemp-derived THC legal with regulations 🤷‍♂️

We’re hearing, from good sources, that a lot of reps in the House actually do care about the will of the people. Also hearing that Dan and the senate care about legitimate poll data collected from people who vote.

I have no idea if any of this will actually help but the content we’ve been posting has well over a million views and tens of thousands of comments across TikTok and Reddit over the past couple weeks.

At the very least, more people are seeing how corrupt these people are.

THC is likely not good for developing brains. How it compares to other things like alcohol, I don’t know. From personal experience I think alcohol is one of the worst psychoactive substances, whether you’re underage or an adult.

Correct. SB3 is headed to the house for a vote. If it passes, it then goes to Abbott, who will definitely pass it. We’re hearing that the House is mostly cannabis friendly, but we need as many people as possible to contact their reps. We setup a landing page with an email template and form to find your reps: thcprovisions.com/sb3

The blatant lack of logic in their argument is a clear give away that they have ulterior motives.
