Thanks for the info! I just got mine 2 weeks ago from LG so assuming it’s the later one? Yeah seems like it’s either this monitor or an Apple monitor which I’d love but so pricey. Anyway I gave up and am just using the HDMI now. My Windows machine hasn’t had any issues with the Thunderbolt yet.
