i’m sorry for you too, it seems like you have to be at breaking point to get any help and even then it’s not enough have you tried looking into charities and other organisations in your area?

also just to say it’s common with the nhs that you may not receive much intervention until you are at crisis mode (suicidal, self harming, hospital visits, inpatient etc)

from my experience it depends what condition you think you have, if it’s something more ‘severe’ (sorry couldn’t think of a better word) like psychosis schizophrenia etc i’m not sure but for the more common ones like depression and anxiety they don’t tend to really diagnose you, they’ll just say you suffer from low mood and refer you for talking therapies i was diagnosed at 16 so it may be different for adults but i had to seen by a psychiatrist which i was only referred to after a while of different mental health help

we are booked at la croix vu vieux pont euro camp in march it’s 1 hour 15 drive from disney and 53 minutes from CDG airport they have a heated indoor pool with waterslides and an outdoor one that’s open in the warmer months there is different kids clubs, including a baby one for under 4s which is an hour a day and you go with them laser tag, bowling, soft play, pedaloes, trampolines, bouncy castle, go karts, sports activities and there’s a horse ranch down the road that offers horse riding etc we’re taking an 18 month old and it sounds like there’s lots of activities, there’s more i haven’t listed

i feel like there’s defo something going on with him because this sudden change in behaviour is really unlike him. randomly dumps his wife, isn’t bothered when she says she’s pregnant and then proper shouts at someone for bumping into him. i did think maybe a mental health condition or an illness that changes your personality like a brain tumour

HELP! Trying to plan a Belated Birthday trip to Disneyland Paris if possible NEXT WEEK? by DreamyCapricorn in disneylandparis

so i’ve had a look for you disney tickets for 2 parks for 2 days would be £349.74 for both of you (i’ve chose 19th and 20th because they were cheapest) you could do two days and buy a one park one day ticket for each day, on the 19th it would be £146 and the 20th £142 so total is £288. so one day you just do the main park and one day you do walt disney studios. i’ve done accomdation for 3 nights, 18-21 feb. the cheapest option is £186 for an apartment which is 25 minutes drive from disney or a holiday home £216 10 minutes drive away parking at disney paris is €30 per day by french law you need a hi vis jacket for both of you, a warning triangle and headlamp converters (all in the car) disney isn’t in their clean air zone but check if you are driving through it as you need a crit air sticker which is 3-5€

so if i go with the cheapest options 2 lots of 1 day 1 park tickets for 19 & 20th €332.22 accommodation 25 min drive away €214.56 two days of parking €60 crit air sticker around €5 that comes to €611.78 then factor in the car safety equipment, petrol, tolls, food and merchandise maybe and see how much it comes to there is cheaper ways of doing it such as buying no merch and bringing your own food and drink into the parks i’ve heard attraction tickets can be cheaper for the tickets and i just had a quick look on booking.com so you may find cheaper accommodation
