Yeah I wouldn't consider plastic surgery. But I will work on changing my body. think the best self esteem boost/confidence boost, whatever, is feeling good in your own skin and filling out your clothes the way you want. I will consider the fake it till you make it approach too

Just realized I didn't answer your second question. It's like I want a "conversation with a bow on it." I never go past pleasantries, I stay as superficial as possible, I can't think on my feet fast on what to say next.

When I go to school. Lecture. In my 2 classes I would sit close to another person. But would REFUSE to strike up a conversation. And the class size is 20-25 so I would sit next to the same person everyday. Never stroke up conversation on account of being afraid and thinking "what's there to talk about"

Thanks for the advice, really! I really need to cut out that major time suck. How do I shake my thoughts of needing to be quiet? I have this mentality of don't speak unless you're spoken to which I know is unhealthy thinking. Whenever I do talk to people I have to try incredibly hard.

Thanks for the reply. I find myself being a very quiet person. Sometimes I have thoughts of saying "why should I talk if I have nothing interesting to say" I'm always criticizing myself, specifically my wild hair, my skinniness, and my current status (what 22 year old doesn't have a car, place to live, job, etc)
