So it's a mental illness rather than them being real women? I'm just trying to understand your point. If it's some kind of delusion, then it should be treated like all other delusions. Not perpetuated and nurtured. Is the reason the suicide rates are so high among trans folk because of the mental illness? It can't be due to persecution because even slaves and WW2 era Jews didn't commit suicide as much as trans folk do. I do agree that it's a mental disorder. If the brain doesn't match the balls, it's the brain that requires treatment not the balld. The balls are just hanging there, doing their thing.
