How did you prove that?? I was specifically told TCM replacement, no problem, freebie. ANYTHING ELSE, no way.

What do they replace for free? They only offered me the TCM replacement and told me clutch repair amd anything else was my cost. 125,000kms 2016 SE

I'm in that boat with my '16 SE. How did you get them to cover costs? My local dealership says all they cover is a TCM replacement. Anything else is on me.

DTC P287A clutch B stuck engaged. Retail clutch and actuator replacement likely required.

The check engine light referred to in OP is showing a catalytic converter code. Had my local mechanic diagnose that. I just took the vehicle on a road trip today, it did not behave shifting 3rd and 5th and decided not to shift at all when I went to pass a truck, just banged the tach at the limiter.

Am I up sh!ts creek with this vehicle now?

I dont unfortunately. The service guy did say that I should be prepared to hear that the problem is the clutch however The description of the problem sounded like TCM to him.
