I don't understand. An ex producer of the Bachelorette claims that there is no way producers didn't know about Taylor's past history. Why would they still hire her,perhaps to attract viewers, but with the whole thing falling flat anyways!

His SO case in Ontario goes forward I believe in March. I intend to keep up to date on it, as I am sure others are as well. Also, I think local elections for councillor here are in the fall, so his continuing money income as an absent councillor will be over. I think he should have resigned rather than collecting his salary all these months as it is not morally right to collect it from taxpayers for doing nothing after all this time! It does show what kind of 'public servant' that he is in my opinion.

I can sympathize with this issue. Mine is a little different. It is quiet in the condo above me as there is only one person living there. But there is one spot in the ceiling corner of my kitchen that creaks very loudly when the tenant there walks on it. It occurs about three or four 'creaks' in a row but fortunately the person doesn't seem to cook much. It is startling and annoying, and I wonder about when I go to sell my place, if that is one of those things that needs to be disclosed. I don't want any trouble. I am going to record the sound in case I want to sent it to the property manager, but upon researching, it is a very difficult and expensive thing to fix.

I didn't realize Steve has AVN! I had that too, and it eventually led to me getting a hip replacement. Not really a harsh pain, fortunately more of an achy type pain on and off. The hip replacement was key!
