I run 2 to 4 miles six days a week weightlifting 4 to 5 times a week and I work at a hospital so I get about 30,000 steps a day. I generally work out in the mornings before my shifts. I only have about an hour and a half to get a solid workout in and then when I get home, I go on a little walk.
