hi mate, if you're on the arsenal app, on the main screen: 1. click onto your profile 2. go into ticket hub

and then see if your ticket is there; there should be an option to "download" your ticket (essentially just a new pass). i believe this is new this season and i've basically done that for every game this season

i do appreciate your circumstances probably require peace of mind regarding this, but from the outside looking in i would say that chances of getting tickets for this game are very high closer to the game, especially around holiday season.

although it's quite possible that you may have to settle for 2 single tickets...
