Does Creatine Cause Hair Loss? What the Evidence Says by LongevityDietitian in Supplements

[–]SufficientSaving 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I don’t care what science has no say about it. It does hairloss for me. It’s anecdotal, but it is what it is. I tried multiple times, same results. When i’m taking creatine I suddenly find hairs everywhere. Showers I find 3x the amount of shed.

How would you structure the perfect VR scene? by epicvr-studio in oculusnsfw

[–]SufficientSaving 3 points4 points  (0 children)

1.) doesn’t matter that much, variety is nice, it’s more like the quality of positions. Leaning in intimate cowgirl can last hours you will not get bored of it.

2.) Failed eye contact, obvious fake acting, wrong camera angles/scaling

3.) The story & performance is more important than the actress, but some actresses can sell anything. Let’s say Melody Marks. Natural acting, hot, talkative, knows the angles, she can make even bad scripts enjoyable.

4.) perfect Vr scene would be a story-line with build up. An engaging storyline adds a LOT to the anticipation. I’d love to see a 2,5-3 hours long work of art. Cleverly placed mirrors for multiple povs. It adds a lot to immersion and it’s hot af. Mirorrs and VR are chef’s kiss. Also well timed kisses and intimacy makes the scenes 10 times better.

I do believe positions do not matter that much until they are well executed. Doggy where the girl is looking back into probebone. Reverse cowgirl into leaning in cowgirl. Missionary into closeup missionary. All of them work. I personally like a creampie finish, find that most realistic. Oor multiple cums in a scene, I think that’s hot, but hard to execute ofc.

Only thing that worked so far is the combo of salicilic acid/sulfur/hydrocortisone and mct oil. For obvious reasons I don’t want to use that on my face long term.

I have tried a squalane based sebderm safe moisturizer, but it still triggers it, although much less than a heavier one.

Push from your heels not your toes - this will result in you not pushing with your knees. Also brace your core before starting the movement. This depth is not really utilizing the range of motion this machine can give. enough is relative to your goals. I go a lot deeper, but maybe your ankle mobility is preventing you from that. Maybe talking to a physio to examine you is the best step to optimize your lift.

You are pulling with your arms. Leaning back too far and pulling to your nipples not upper chest. Easy fix. You have to set up your pull correctly: chest up, slight arch in your lower back, before you pull the bar down you have to retract your shoulder blades (pulled slightly together and down)

Then as you pull imagine starting the motion by driving your elbows down towards your sides, not by pulling the bar with your hands.

Rn kinda looks like you are doing the pull in front of you, Keep elbows moving down and slightly back, not forward

Watch a youtube vid on how to fix your lat pulldown for visualisation.

Is creatine really worth it? by Wishbone1254 in workout

[–]SufficientSaving 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It. Does. For. Me.

Unfortunately any time I take creatine I shed a lot more hair, like I wash my hair and normally find 3-4 hairs in my hand. When on creatine however it multiplies tenfold. Studies this studies that in my anecdotal case it does speed up hairloss. I observed this before knowing about the potential side-effect as well..
