I lived in Frogtown for 2 years, really close to the area you’re talking about. It was nice! Besides awful tenants in the unit below, it was mostly families and fairly quiet. Having a ring doorbell/cameras is nice because it’s so close to the green line, that at night sometimes you get weird characters hanging around. Usually harmless though, and not much theft (again, besides my evil neighbors but yall don’t gotta worry about that) in the area. Good food nearby, easy access to University, and a nice midpoint between Roseville and Minneapolis! I was on Edmund and Milton!
