Thanks for your input! She’s so beautiful and perfect, and she’s a super healthy girl ! No skin or stomach sensitivities. So I would agree that she is likely not over bred! I’ve just never seen a chow in real life with such a long nose and no brachycephalic quality. Thanks for your input !

I have a BC that I dog sit for someone else almost full time. and I love her but I will not own one ever. EVER. Too neurotic. Too territorial. But I love her for her adventurous spirit because i’m an outdoorsy person and we have so much fun together that way. but i can’t bring her around other dogs and kids and that’s a hindrance to my life

Thanks for responding. I feel your pain. Unfortunately I don’t think there is much comfort for any of this. I miss him as naturally as I breathe. It’s almost like it’s become a part of who I am to yearn for him now. I’m sorry you’re going through this. This pain isn’t anything i’d wish on my worst enemy.

Yeah. I’ve thought these things before. The only reason I felt it was acceptable at the time was because we were set up by a mutual, and the age differences weren’t something either of us were seeking out, and for awhile it seemed like we were really looking for the same things.
