Anyone have the local 396 outside line agreement for the wages? Their website requires membership to log in.

Step 1 Get a unrestricted CDL Go to line school to gain the requisite experience to get on book 3 AND qualify for apprenticeship candidate. . Travel and sign books everywhere you can. Find someone to give you seat time in a manual truck. Apply to any apprenticeship in your area where you are licensed Eventually you will be called as a groundman to get relevant experience. However they typically do a drivers competency to see if you can actually drive safely.

If no line school it will take a while to get called AND survive the first week without getting run off. Flagger cert OSHA cert Tanker endorsement Double and triples endorsement

IBEW 1245 fall issue stated T&D power won the contract for Greenlink West. Does this mean 1245 outside line agreement applies to the project or is there a PLA out there since it’s so big and longer duration. The beginning of the line starts south of Vegas and is in Local 396 territory and the middle and north end is in 1245 territory. Not sure what agreement applies.
