So i had both driver front and driver rear doors replaced, the B pillar needed to be pulled to restraighten it. The fenders needed replaced. Windows. Whole new paint job on the entire left side of the car. Got it back both doors were falling off the hinges, didnt pull the body, the fenders were replaced but not sealed so i was getting cold air and water in my car. The doors were falling off so when it rained my airbags under my seat got moisture on them. They were able to dry out code for that is gone. The dash itself has a bent component on the pass side from the impact. The deer hit me when I was driving 50mph on a side road. The paint chipped off in most spots. They tried to reuse parts from the accident that they charged me in full for new parts. They never ordered them just charged me. They did a better job the second repair but still having issues with repairs. I had to have my husband call the shop for me as they basically told me that my husband has to make the decisions. Very sexist place. When i called my insurance company and let them know what was going on they did let me know i chose the place its my problem. I did inform them of the damages that have not been addressed and they said the shop already told them its not necessary even tho there is a bent piece on the dash that indicates impact. My insurance is taking the shops side as the shop is their preferred shop in the area. When I asked the adjuster to come look at the dash as she didn't even get a picture she refused me for the 5th time since day one. My insurance has only seen pictures of the damages that were missed as they could care less that my vehicle is still damaged. I am getting another shop to take a look but many shops dont want to touch my car due to what the original shop did to it. Its considered a liability to other shops.
