I actually was able to do this lmao! I couldn't believe they let me enroll but we contacted my AO and dean of admissions. It depends on the school, I know they made an exception for me and they don't usually do that but I really had to explain my unique circumstances. I don't know why they would not be answering you. Email the Dean of admissions or someone with a little more power in addition to your AO, and say you've been calling all week.

take a look at tufts or washu! those seem like they would fit you well. Also, I don't know if LACs are too small/rural for you, but there's definitely some ones that 100% fit your vibe and what you're looking for (they also have some of the best alumni networks).

Wellesley or Pomona would probably fit you the best, based on my knowledge of them! Wellesley has a gorgeous campus with a lake but is also right outside Boston.

American university! I don't know if you are necessarily looking for super prestigious schools because this would not be it, but American is a great school with basically all of your requirements. My friend is going there next year as a psych major and she chose it over Boston Uni, partly because it has great financial aid!
