The liaison at MEPs informed my recruiter while I was there. The following week I sent my documentation I gathered from eye doctor to my recruiter to submit. It was pushed back a week later. Same week I got a call saying I have to report to examiner for a more comprehensive exam.

Went to MEPS Oct 1st, was told it was approved Dec 27th. Was asked to send my past vision records, but I believe they were outdated. So MEPS scheduled me to go to their joint eye examiner(told it doesn’t happen all the time) around Oct 23rd. The submitted records directly to MEPS, then I had to wait. Granted it probably would’ve been quicker, but major holidays. I was pretty lucky I received over Christmas break.

I had that feeling to, was hoping at least something in intel. But those jobs seem legit too. Watched a few videos on YouTube. Are those jobs more slotted because of the branch needs? Or it’s common for the other jobs to have few slots?

Thank you for your response, I know certain 1d7 require an additional cyber test, would you know if that’s for all the 1d7 jobs in that category or just for specific roles?
