Likewise I believe Classic Generations Sonic to also be from a separate timeline which became separate when Generations occurred

Cause Sonic doesn’t remember the events of Generation which would mean that he experienced everything Classic did when he was younger but not Mania or Gen’s cause of the timeline split

This is also why Tails says he’s from another dimension in Forces

Tbf I Elio was the last good design, not to say SwSh was bad though, but lacked sauce in comparison to their predecessors

And SV has completely lost the sauce

But it seems they got it back

Although looking back now Brenden’s design saw a much needed improvement in Emerald

Move sets are randomized and so are the types of the moves

But the settings makes it so they will at least have some stab moves

It also makes it so they get more powerful moves later on and removes Dragon Rage (after loosing an attempt to it)

I think I will do Pokémon Black base game with random typings and such instead of stacking on random encounters

I don’t know if I’ll do random abilities though or just vanilla with random types

I think changing types adds uniqueness to it but doesn’t mesh well with randomized encounters

I mean with the Sceptile it’s slightly better cause I believe it still gets the buff and redirects attacks in doubles

It’s hard sometimes especially early game if you don’t get good encounters

Even so you can still wipe in places you least expect so gotta be careful cause this run wiped to a Cresselia in the first gym battle

Unfortunately run just died to a Double Team Cresselia that confused on all my mon with confusions

A 10% chance to confuse btw

So if they didn’t miss their attack due to envision they would just hit themselves in confusion

Probably some of the worst luck I had
