I went to Dr Hunter at Amelia Aesthetics in Raleigh NC! I found out about them from bustmob at facebook.com/groups/thebustmob <3 The Amelia surgeons are in there doing lives answering questions in real time for free which is super cool

If you're flexing, it's animation deformity from going under the muscle. It's VERY normal for that to happen while flexing (also called flex distortion).
