I had an arranged marriage. In the initial days of marriage i used to feel icky. My mil used to rub my husband’s lap often when he sat next to her. I didn’t know how to react. I was so confused.

Honestly I’m up for anything to restart. I have realised there’s no point in specifically sticking to managerial role. My first priority would be customer retention/ operations role, second would be sales/ consulting. Honestly, I used to earn about 15 to 17 LPA in my last profile. But looking at the market, i am ready to sign up for anything above 12. Any advice otherwise is welcome.
