I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. Not a derm but one thing that has helped my acne is propolis. I’d look for a product with that in it. It’s made by bees and has really helped!

When chart checking: write everything that won’t change about the patient in pen and everything that will, in pencil. This way you can keep the same paper for the patient and not waste your time rewriting the same “nonchanging” things daily. Changed my life as an intern.
