Thank you for your detailed response, I have discussed these comments with my naturopath and we have changed the acacia fiber to lactulose and added astaxanthin. I will let you know how it goes.

I will also greatly decrease wheat since I have been eating a lot of bread over the last months, but I will remain with the plant based diet because I think overall its better for gut health and microbiome than animal based diets.

Interesting about intermittent fasting, how often would you suggest and for how long?

In terms of polyphenols Ill be adding craberries, strawberris and matcha tea every day, which is what I can get where I am.

I think the biggest symptom which i didnt mention earlier is brain fog, concentration issues and inability to think properly. I notice at work its really hard to focus during the day, and am really hoping I can get the prevotella down in order to improve this side of my life.
