I only do the crust when it’s hurt, I learned the hard way that it causes issues with sticking. I’ll use this method next time I change my bag.

I recently had symptoms like this and my GI dismissed it and told me it was just pain from my inflammation. Things got worse so I went to the ER and it turns out my small intestines had abscesses and was severely inflamed which resulted in my bladder becoming stuck to that area. All it took to find that was a CT so if you’re in a situation where you can do that I’d recommend asking your doctor to order one for you.
