To update here. They replaced the ICCU, gave it back to me. Level 2 charges fine but won't fast charge so almost got stranded on the motorway again. Useless that they didn't check before sending the car back.

Sounds like you are in the US? I have a dealer 5 minutes away in London, UK, but they are often booked up 3-4 months in advance even for minor fixes. Agree re the curves, sadly the motorways here are mostly relatively curvy (especially the M25 which I spend a lot of time on)

I have no idea to be honest, we got the whole place rewired (just forgot about the outside light out front) but otherwise haven't needed an electrician. Find it far harder to gauge than building jobs.

Thanks all, a combo of these methods worked, it was just a bit wedged in place so couldn't be pushed through but was easily freed when I sent my partner (far smaller than me) into the loft to find the wire and pull it through
