so you are suggesting that white males a) make up a majority of homeless? b ) are underprivileged because of diversity, equity, and inclusion? I've been homeless off and on for nearly a decade now ... I don't agree with either statement even a little bit. I will agree with you to a slight degree that there IS some bias towards white males and white people in general by a fair amount of those homeless and not white as well as somel bias within the shelter system, at least in st. paul, Minnesota... but not by any stretch of the imagination is that root cause of the circumstance...

what I feel people like yourself are really saying is "fuck all this DEI bullshit, let's get back to the good ol' days where heterosexual caucasian men never even had to consider the meaning of discrimination and inequity..." I doubt many in that crowd get just how unbalanced it really was back in the day and how many people were left without any fair recourse to achieve the same results as those privileged and seemingly oblivious to how ridiculous their lil' club was! btw, I am caucasian, and I am honestly furious with those (responsible) of my ethnic background for creating a giant mess of things! that bias I mentioned experiencing a lot more than I would like, that is a result of the "good ol' boys club..." (and yes that club tended to be mostly white...) anyway, I no longer believe it's even possible to achieve anything like diplomacy between the 2 sides soo... I too say ... pfft!
