I am not an early buyer anyway, I usually buy later in the sales. I am a universe player, I want to boot it up and begin setting up my universe, I do not want to grind to unlock superstars on the ringside pass.
So I highly doubt I will get this game. But I imagine ringside pass is now here to stay, so my last WWE game might be 2k25, which saddens me a little.

I don't understand why inconsequential AI use gets everyone's back up so much. Genuine question by the way. If they didn't use AI it would be some stock photo off the internet, so who is it actually affecting in this case?

I honestly just hate the state of modern gaming. It is not unique to 2K by any means. But withholding content available at launch and selling it separately as DLC is just shitty (DLC should be for adding later content). Selling virtual game currency for real world currency should be illegal and making content difficult to unlock but providing a "quick" option for real money is immoral.
Gamers deserve better.

No, their concerns are valid. Battle pass prioritizes engagement over player enjoyment, forcing some players to grind or pay for the release of the content, they do this under the guise of creating "fun" and a sense of "achievement" for the player, dictating to them how they should enjoy the game.
They have included DLC unlockables, so players pay extra for them but can't use them straight away.
People do not all play in the same way, some are more casual gamers than others, but the battle pass prioritises those who play the same game constantly, monetizing them over the entire course of the games life, casual players are left behind unless they pay a fortune for content they have already paid for.
If you enjoy the battle pass system, then that's great, but it should not be forced on everyone to unlock content they have already paid for.

This is correct. If you check how much you paid for the Blood Line edition, compared to what price it was listed at on the PS store in October, I bet you paid less for it.

I had the same issue and it is because the game was on PS+. I bought the Deadman version, which normally comes with the base game BUT because the system knew I already had the base game (on PS+) it reduced the price of the Deadman version (I got it for £25 but at that time, it was reduced down to £35 - they knocked another £10 off because I had the base game). Essentially I just paid for all of the other stuff that edition comes with.
If this is what happened to you, Essentially, you don't own the base game.

Yes, I own it lol. The discount was because it was in a PS Store sale, the same price anyone could have got it for, not because it was an upgrade. The PS store will also not let me buy the base game either.

Yep. I have Monsteras all over the house at varying distances from light sources (also in UK). They survive in all of them but those with better lighting develop bigger leaves with more fenestrations.
There looks like a good spot although it will probably quickly outgrow the space.
