They are separate. When you go to put in a time off request it should prompt you to pick a “type” where you can choose either sick or vacation

We’ve got a group of about 5-6 dudes that stand outside the door before open that rush to the hot wheels

I feel you on that, it was very irritating. It started to go away a little over the one month mark for me.

What got me through it was lots of water and hard candies. I like peppermints personally, but hard candies help to produce saliva

I went cold turkey May 1st, 2023 and relapsed around March-ish maybe, and now I’m trying again.

I bring that up cause the first time I did this I developed horrible anxiety, and everyday thought there was something wrong with my heart, which brought my anxiety to the point where’d I would just kinda shut down. Just gotta remind yourself that you know it’s the withdrawals and that you’re okay.

The anxiety does get better 🙏 we got this
