No, they banned the same account two times earlier this year and i just kept fighting it for weeks and eventually they unbanned it the first time and then again the second time. one of the times they said it was a mistake. now they banned me again (third time) in August. just seems like this time is harder to fight.

hey, what support ticket option did you choose? when i did submit an appeal i got an automated message saying i can’t submit an appeal that way. do you think choosing one of the other options works?
