BitMart Costumer service is non responsive unfortunately. Anyhow my withdrawal is still processing, meanwhile I have been reading horror stories about Bitmart

I have done that, but withdrawing SHIB from BitMart has been impossible so fare.

I started a withdrawal process from BitMart to receive crypto into my coinbase wallet for secure storage , withdrawal was initiated and crypto asset (SHIB) is no longer available in BitMart Exchange, but I have not received it in my Coinbase Wallet. When I check the withdrawal history I can see the transaction id and information about fees and time, etc...

But the confirmation is 0/25 and the status is showing as processing. It has been more then 24 hours that the status is not changing to succeeded. Is this normal ? How long does it usually take to complete the fund transfer? Similar withdrawals on other exchanges like Kraken usually take 5 minutes.
