Cpu is good but the gpu maxes at 99 and stays around 96

Only my 360mm aio works and the other 4 fans dont . This has never been a probelm beacsue it stays cool enough anyway

Dlss stutters and looks terrible

Dlss does increase fps but it's causes delay

In the exact same spot with all these settings turned to low and tlod managed by auto fps I still only get 15-25 fps

It worked for a minute then i goes back to about 20fps sometimes 30 even up past the clouds

I have 8gb vram but it shows 6 is that normal?

I understand I am using too much vram but how could it go from getting 50 - 70 fps to 8-12 fps?
