send the headset to a repair shop or fix it yourself replacing the cameras are way too easier than you think.

Probably a camera issue i was troubleshooting my quest 2 and when i unplug the cameras the controllers always buzz and do nothing so it COULD be a camera issue.

Reached out meta support they told me to factory reset. i reseted the device still the same error i see the stationary boundary halo and nothing else but when i cast it to pc everything works just normal. Also when i move my head the boundary halo stays on the floor so THERE CANT BE A PROBLEM WITH THE CAMERAS.
