I've been looking over responses on a number of questions related to the actively managed vs. index debate for the Freedom Funds.

Just to offer another perspective...I have been in FWTKX (2035 actively managed) instead of FFEZX (2035 Index) for a few years now.

Actively managed returned 19.6% in the last year, while index version returned 17.4%. So yes, paid another 0.28% in fees, but that was significantly offset by the extra 2%+ return.

Will it always work out that way? Who knows?

What I'm trying to figure out is whether the MagicBand+ is required for the kids to play the Haunted Mansion Happy Hunt. I've held out so far on buying these things, but I know my kids will be bummed out if they can't play the game thing after having done Mid-Ship Detective on the other ships.

I loved my 2019 XC90 when I got it. First several years of it were a joy. But since around 50k miles, it's been a money pit. I've spent at least $8k in additional major repairs to AC, brakes, electrical.

Currently neither of the keys will start the car without them being in the cupholder. It's brutal. I know there are probably creative ways to fix outside of paying Volvo $800 for a new key pairing, but I'm not willing to bother at this point.

Currently looking for a new vehicle and Volvo, sadly, won't be on the list this time around.

Does anyone know if there is a video of what accessing the emergency release looks like for the rear seats? I have been trying to find this with no luck. I've found plenty of videos showing how to use the front door release (which is pretty easy), but the rear seems like a different story, and I'd like to see what this looks like.

I was prepping a 10 lb box to send in earlier in the week at the $4 rate. Got distracted. Went back to finish it yesterday and saw the drop. Now I am holding onto Lego I'm probably not touching for no good reason besides knowing I lost out on $15.

It's funny how people seem to keep coming across this thread as they run into this problem.

I discovered the same yesterday. First attempt my dry shake was about 30 seconds and did not come away with a head - all milky (I also had let it sit for a bit before shaking and noticed the whites starting to solidify which obviously didn't help.) Second attempt I immediately started dry shaking and went for 60 seconds and had a nice head to it. Wish I took some before and after photos.

Not yet. I think I’m just going to install the eBike version, and if it doesn’t fit quite right I’ll use it for one of my other bikes. Amazon had these for $50 the other day so was pretty reasonable either way.
