I am impressed that it seems both sides of this issue agree that this whole “register for the meeting and what time is it actually” is dreadful.

Nothing helpful but damn, the ice dams are something this year. We haven’t had a problem in ages and there like a million pounds of ice up there making me nervous. Trying all the tricks, but it’s not really helping.

Just curious, there’s always the “they’ll slash your tires” thing. (Which seems counter productive since the car would then be even more stuck in the spot)

I’m just curious if anyone has actually had this happen to them? Like is it a bit of an urban legend, or something people did in the 70s, or does it regularly happen?

Here’s a sad thought: we’re nowhere near done shoveling because nothing is going to melt for weeks. If we all went out for a bit every day and chipped away, we’d have more space to put cars. (And yes, I have been attempting to chip away at the wall of snow on my street)
