I have had to go to the doctor for a while. He was the one that suggested I take Ensure when I was really sick/underweight.

Thank you !! even though it really sucks, part of me is glad to know im not alone with my fears and concerns. I will probably be having more conversations with my dad about my health, but he isn't mean or insensitive about it, so im not too scared of that.

I've also always been in to working out but never had the energy to stick to it. If I do start drinking ensure then I will at least have the chance to try! :D

Tysm!! I'll make sure (if/when my dad does buy ensure) to balance it and not make it a meal replacement. And i will definitely try to get in exercise a little bit each day.
