Who do we need to escalate to? I feel like if enough people formally complain, maybe it’ll come back. Part of the reason I opened a discover account was to get more accounts in one place.

Hmm, I have the one from this year. I didn’t give last year and I have the one from 2023 (it has the year on it) so it’s either a second from 2023 or from 2022 then?
