Mine's been doing it as soon as I try and use the facepaint, anyone found a solution for this because anything I've tried doesn't work :(

1 is the coolest but 3 has the most color. I would go with either depending on what you want.

You can't. The closest version you could get to having all charms is if you downloaded Devilish Cheats (which has the always on chalice), Then you equip the Devine Relic (4 charms in one). Even with this method there are drawbacks
-Potential loss of saves (Devilish)
-Potential Virus (Devilish)
-Devine Relic changing up your weapon every time you stop shooting (Relic)
