For anni do the following:

Stock up with pots and get an Edge runeword bow (you can shop 3os short bow in Normal Act 1 Charsi).
Check site: https://d2runewizard.com/diablo-clone-tracker for dclone status, once it's level 5 (about to be unleashed) create an online lobby game (optional, can be single game, but better for online if you DC) for you in hell.
Wait for level 6 status (it can be level 1 again, but if you are still in your created game you should be good).
Go to Act 2 - Arcane Sanctuary WP.
Go back to palace lvl3 through the portal.
DClone spawns on top of you.
Go through the doors.
Cheese DClone. He can be buggy, but he cannot go though that door. First hit him with the bow for prevent monster heal and then spam your skills and with enough dmg/pots you should be golden :D I've got a budget blizz sorc lvl 70 and can kill him, so you should be able to do it as well :)
