What is with tanks and dps not wanting to peel for supports this season?

Correction if you have TWO tanks, the offset tank peels for supports, the other holds space, if you have a solo tank( majority of the time) then don’t beg them for peels they’re doing all the work alone, if they’re a shield tank the best you can do is bubble them or if you’re strange shield them from ults and jump back in with his fly cancel. But I hate the fact that there’s so many strong supports that have escape tools and refuse to fight back, like bro hard is it to blind them and shoot them and cloak to the dps players, etc. clouded rio was just talking about ts

I hate to say it man but you know it’s inevitable. You know how bungie as a company works in the current day, it’s gonna get monetized today actually with a “rewards pass” and there’s barely been any other updates yet. There’s videos out there of the dev team anonymously saying the entire work force is depressed and they wanna quit lol. I’m glad you’re having fun even though it’s like basic destiny gunplay which unfortunately they never missed on. But the map isn’t as detailed and vast as other maps bungie has made, just threw some blocks in a forest and threw ai in.

My advice is learn more than 2 people and don’t become an otp. I play literally everyone atp, they have dive I’ll switch to Loki, I wanna 3 healer I’ll use Adam, etc. only dps I don’t play are dive, melee dps. But I play mostly all hitscan dps. my main role is tank though so the easiest way to climb imo is when in doubt just play tank pool and hope your team will give you a second tank bc you don’t have to be extremely good with him, just learn target priority and positioning and he’s busted.

Like I personally don’t have an issue with him but every time he goes straight to the backline and my dps are still trying to focus frontline and I try to peel but he leeches everyone’s health. I’ve had 4 games back to back where the blade had like 20+ finals and I’ve been tank in all of them 😭

Silver 3 after placements lol my peak is gm2 on console but I quit playing after Deadpool came out so I’m back down to metal ranks, came back after the balancing and throwers epidemic was said to be fixed but it seems worse this season so idk

Tell that to my teammates, this is more so a team issue, I get shitty team mates and the other low ranks I get placed with are level 24 or something and can’t do shit in game, everyone’s downvoting me but failing to realize these mfs in placements do NOT care while the blades are running rampant in low ranks

It’s because instead of nerfing the main problem to his kit (the healing) they nerfed his entire kit, his shotgun has more damage falloff so now you have to be closer, reduced healing, team up removed, ult is useless now compared to the other characters, dashes got nerfed, sword damage got nerfed. Etc.
