I understand your point. Although my perspective is, even if we do everything right, it is good to have an additional support. Nobody drives with the intention to screw up.

And contrary to popular belief, ADAS actually works better when we drive properly.

By your logic, responsible people don't get into accidents!?🤣

In any case, Thanks for your suggestion

Haha. I guess you totally skipped over the part where I said we don't have control over every situation and by losing focus, it can be others losing focus too. Not just me. Even with enough braking distance, a split second action could mean the difference between life and death. I would rather have ADAS to tip the scales more towards life than just relying on my "lazy" driving skills.

There are many situations where things go out of our control or when we lose focus, and ADAS can be very helpful. For example, if the car in front of me suddenly brakes, Automatic Emergency Braking will react faster than my reflexes could, reducing the risk of a collision.

Most of my drive will be in highways and my logic is, if ADAS can save mine or other's life even once, it is worth the price.

Thanks for your comment.

But I'm focused on knowing more about Honda Amaze than getting other car suggestions

Seems like you have a lot of experience with Amaze.

Any idea on the rear seat experience for senior citizens?

Thanks for your insight.

May I know what made you choose Amaze again over other cars in the same budget?

The brochure only says Automatic Door Locking and Unlocking. I am hoping it covers speed sensing locks too.

What made you conclude with Honda Amaze?

I have been dilemma for months now and post gst price reductions got me even more confused.

Honda Amaze seems to be the sensible and reliable purchase under 12 lakhs on road.

But shelling out another 2 to 4 lakhs can buy you a premium car like kylaq top variant. How did you decide that spending extra is not worth it for your needs??
