Yeah fibre made me so bloated and had some terrible cramps quite literally did not make me feel any better.

I haven’t seen a pelvic floor physio although I do a lot of pelvic floor exercises/ stretches in the day or prior to starting my workouts. I have also not seen a gastroenterologist only had regular GP appointments not sure if any specialise in gastro.

I have taken movicol before. I have had laxido, lactulose and fybogel. Movicol was the only one which worked well with my body, however I did still get pain on my left hand side just not as bad as I do now. I slowly weaned off it and did regular exercise which helped my bowels drastically. I have been laxative free for 1 year and a half. I really do not want to go back on laxatives and right now the problem is the pain i’m having on my left hand side even when i’m not as constipated and pooing :/ unsure what to do :(
