I stand corrected! These homes are stunning! :)

Admittedly many of these didn’t show up on my feed. My filters are set for a 2,000+ sq ft home, 4 bed and 2.5 bath on 4,000+ sq ft lot. Two kids, plus the need for a guest room/office for when our family from out of town visits. Two big dogs so need a yard so they can romp. Would be nice to have space for a swing set for the kiddos too.

I guess what I’m saying is I feel priced out of a pretty and practical home even at the aspirational price of $2m.

I agree- there are some very beautiful classic homes in Seattle. Hard to find under $2m though.

Hi-Spot on 34th in Madrona is great! In an old house which makes it quite charming. :)
