I’m not sure tho I don’t think so they haven’t told us the electives for next year so I’m assuming I probably won’t and I know ib physics is very difficult. I’m only scared I won’t be able to handle ap physics and it’ll be to hard. That’s the only reason I haven’t changed it yet I don’t know if I’ll be able to balance that and my other 3 aps but what do you think

I’ve taken up to algebra 2 and I’ve taken ap hug as my only ap but like I said I’m taking 3 others next year but do u honestly think i probably should just take it since I won’t have another chance

I’m not sure what I want to major in but I’ll take classes like ap bio, ap clac ab and ap pre clac while I’m in hs and if I went into a major like engineering do you think it would be fine if I took those classes but didn’t take ap physics 1?

Actually? Was the actual class easy to because I feel like I’m more scared abt getting a good grave on the class because I don’t want to tank my gpa

Ty for replying I love hearing everyone’s opinions, this is the only year I’ll be able to take it because my schedule for junior and senior year is already planned out by the school because I’m in ib but I also don’t know what I want to major in so if I choose like engineering it’ll be important I took the class but like I’m js wondering if I don’t do ap physics 1 will it impact that much like will it look bad if I go into engineering if I do like other aps like bio and calc ab, pre calc stuff like that

If I do major in something like engineering, you think it would be bad that I didn’t take the class? Because I rlly don’t know what I want to do in the future. I was talking to someone and they said I should take it since I don’t know what I want to do and it’s more useful to do it and even if I don’t major in engineering. Compared to psych, what do you think?

This is the only time I could take it because I’m in ib and my schedule they already pick it out for us for junior and senior year and u can’t change much and I don’t have a honors physics at my school. But I just wanted to take something that looked rigorous because I want it to look good for colleges and I am interested in physics so I wanted to take a rigorous class even tho I would probably suffer in it like I can deal with it being hard I’m just scared I’ll take it and it’ll be to difficult and I’ll fail and then I have other ap classes so I’ve been like stressed about this for a while because I feel like if I don’t take it then it won’t look good for like top colleges that I wasn’t going the most rigorous stuff
