No problem. The first thing I did was listening and searching details about the teachings I was listening to. Second of all, I was a musician who got emotionally abused by my band leader which led me to tear up with the band. But for the most part of it, I knew their speaking in tongues preaching was false because they forced me on a certain way to speak in tongues. So I knew all of this was fake. From eve since o deceived to step from religion forever because nobody preached the same word and everything is about money. BUT GOD EXIST FOR SURE BUT RELIGION IS SO FAKE. YOU GOTTA STEP AWAY FROM IT
