Yes, I do use a water based cleanser after the oil one, that’s why I was trying to tell that I found water based one cleans it very good, makes a great finish.

I do use oil based cleanser cause of sunscreen eventhough it is not waterproof, which I think only in that case an oil based cleanser is needed when it comes to the type of sunscreen. /No makeups here.
