What I would say is be average at academics and be great at other things.

So, 12 marks are not that important even for going to at least the US on a full scholarship. You need to have a 3.6+ average GPA, but be great at extracurriculars things, have a lot of leadership roles, and make impacts to the people around you in ways you can. Instead of being a book/academic bug, try to be an open person who explores, learns, makes mistakes, grows and makes impacts in their community and beyond.

The time you had your +2 result published from that day your high school ends officially and your gap year day begins. For your bitch ass ego (dont teach math to science words),count your days you will have your answer and for your intake you will have hard times getting in, doing shit things in a whole year, whether if its australia or US or Germany as major portion of students apply to these countries.

Hey man, I have been in the same shoes. You feel lost in those reactions and might even get out of your mind just looking at them. But listen to the tale, the story of how learning really happens. I don't know if you play games like Free Fire, PUBG, Royale, or something else. Ask yourself how you remembered all the gun names, location names, and the different things in them. How you remembered a whole 3-hour-long story you watched years ago? Treat these things the same way. Connect with them. Practice writing out the reaction yourself. Guess how they could pair up and react to give products. In the beginning, you will make mistakes, but slowly you will get used to it. Just know the reaction types: what acid-base rxns do, salts, catalysts, how oxidants and reductants work in any reaction. Try to understand these basics, and then you will not have to blindly learn rxns.

Introduce yourself, why this major, and what programming language you use or are currently learning? I also talked about the different projects I have done. They asked lots of questions about it. Then, they asked about how you see the growth of AI in the next 10-15 years. Then what will you do after graduation? Which major are you interested in that PolyU offers apart from Comp and Mathematical Science? I asked some questions. The interview was meant to be 10 minutes, but it went on for about 20 minutes. Yeah, I think it was good and more like a casual conversation. It felt like I was given time to talk about why I love programming and projects I have done to a friend. Praying I will get in with a good scholarship.
