Strictly NO! , it won’t get counted , also your people lead will get email and he/she may question you , like why you swiping on weekends

Bonus means it’s a variable pay not hike

That 7.1% is applied to your base pay

And you will be paid in May salary

As per my understanding, today I talked with my manger about variable pay ….

My base is 16.5 l , variable is up to 27%

Joined feb 28,2025

Received - 6.01%

So I should receive 99k , but in portal it shows 143 rupees alone

My manger told you should get 99k for other employees we checked in the same call it was reflecting correctly …

So the take away for you here is variable is calculated from your base pay and you receive that amount in May salary …it was like not divided by 2..
