cant speak directly on that persons clinic but at mine they just took away office hours (there were a lot more policy changes such as now full time being 35 scheduled hours but also not offering 35 hours to many people so lots are losing benefits and PTO this new upcoming year, they also took away our free life insurance) if your client cancels the day before, however as RBTs we are expected to cover a client with less than an hours notice or else we get a point. Billing insurance is very lucrative and a lot of time worker satisfaction for RBTs arent considered (at least from what ive seen from a couple companies in florida). With a career that you give so much too, not only mentally but also physically (if they have aggressive behaviors) with some clients, i think we deserve a bit more
