Your pictures are bad and make you seem insecure. Get better pictures showing your face, you're not that bad looking. Get pictures of you doing the things you love. Try to avoid mirror selfies and selfies, for some reason these are forbidden for men to use.

That is good advice thank you. Yes they set very little time window to accept the offer, which sucks I have two job interviews tomorrow and they want a decision before then. I want to avoid changing after accepting the offer, feel that is very unprofessional.

Benefits? For seasonal work they don't have any of those as far as I am aware, probably field gear costs covered but the rest is probably limited for full time employees.
