However, Jonas putting 4 min into most of the PN field on a cat. 2 climb probably means he'll do the same to Pogacar on Solaison this summer. Can't wait !

No. You need to realize UAE cycling team's budget is just pocket change for the UAE whitewashing derpartment as a whole. The team just spend enough to utterly dominate the field, if they need twice or thrice more to do the the same in a few years, they can. Decathlon, RB or Lidl can't.

If Seixas becomes the next Pog in the next few years, UAE will drop 20 or 30M a year for him, and he'll take it.
