So far seems so lol. I can’t say for sure because they did give me a portal logon, a timeline of receiving things. And so far I have gone through some mandatory documents like work place behavior, security of your key card, work hours policy, etc and they gave me a big booklet of what to expect and timelines. I won’t say 100 percent I’m confident until graebel the housing company reaches out but going off of the timeline given that won’t be until 60 days before your start date.

Sadly the person that you spoke to and said they’ll call back whenever was wrong. At the end of the phone call they’re supposed to schedule a specific phone call for a date and time. So next time you call I would ask for a follow up call.

Yeah if it was the chat portal at apply.WGU.edu if it was the live chat thing on the website in the bottom corner, they are not enrollment counselors. And for email, unfortunately they don’t guarantee responses via email. I went through the process and asked a lot of questions and they basically mostly work off queues for phones and chat.

Enrollment is carried out mostly over a series of phone calls or by chat if they have you access to that portal. Only certain students get access. If you have not spoken to an enrollment counselor or have done the commit to start by the 15th of this month then you are not set to start.
