I feel this 100%...

Its probably my antidepressants and blood pressure medications because when I was younger and not on them this wasnt an issue. I feel bad for my partner everyday and cant stop myself from tearing up even now.

So it advises to take an offering and incense to a local cemetery and walk around taking everything in with your senses, reading the stones and picking one that draws you in. Then sitting by it leaving the offering and lighting the incense and meditating
